Thiết bị giám sát và báo động hàm lượng dầu trong nước thải la canh buồng máy SMART BILGE + version, thỏa mãn các yêu cầu đối với quy định của nghị quyết MEPC.107(49).
Thiết bị SMART BILGE gồm có 2 thành phần chính, gồm cụm điều khiển SMART BILGE + và cụm cảm biến SMART CELL. Thiết bị sử dụng công nghệ Mảng dò - Detector Array độc đáo do Rivertrace phát triển, cho phép thiết bị phân tích đồng thời cả ba loại dầu (HFO, Diesel và nhũ tương) mà không cần hiệu chuẩn lại. Thiết kế sáng tạo này cho phép việc bảo dưỡng định kỳ đơn giản trong khi vẫn duy trì các điều kiện tối ưu.
Sự tắc bẩn của tế bào quang học được coi là nguyên nhân hàng đầu gây ra trục trặc cho bộ điều khiển hoặc kết quả đo không chính xác. Một bộ làm sạch buồng đo bằng thủ công được trang bị (thoe tiêu chuẩn) cho thiết bị để dễ dàng bảo dưỡng định kỳ.
Có thể thay thế các cảm biến bằng cảm biến đã qua hiệu chuẩn, đảm bảo hoạt động của thiết bị thỏa mãn kiểm tra của chính quyền cảng (PSC).
